We don’t do repairs. On average, it is less cost effective to repair a window versus replacing it. So in order to best serve our customers and give you long lasting, energy efficient results, we opt to replace.
Are your windows made custom or do I have limited choices?
All of our windows are custom built to fit your needs.
Do I need to be home during a consultation to get an estimate?
Yes, all stakeholders in the property need to be present during a consultation.
What happens if something breaks my window?

How long will it take to get my windows once I've ordered them?
Because all of our windows are custom built to fit your needs, time will vary. Generally you can expect to install within 6 weeks of placing your order.
How much does window replacement cost?
Just like our windows, there is no one size fits all answer. With our windows being custom, there are many different options to choose from to get the perfect windows for you. Because of this, the price can vary greatly. In order for us to give you an accurate price, we need to do a consultation.
Can my windows be replaced year round?
Yes, we replace windows year round. We understand that windows needing replaced does not always happen at convenient times. That is why our installation crew is trained to replace windows any time of the year while minimizing the heating/cooling loss to your home.
When do my windows need to be replaced?
In order to keep your homes energy as efficient as possible, windows need replace when, you can feel air moving through them or the area near the window is colder than the rest of the room, there are visible cracks or rotting and gaps on the window trim, there is moisture between the panes, or if you are just looking to
upgrade the look of your home.
Do I have to replace all of my windows?
While we don’t require you to replace all of your windows, it is always a good idea to get fully updated windows in order to keep your house running as energy efficient as possible.
